Measuring internally at 50mm (deep) x 75mm (wide) x 15mm (tall), the DV0 is the smallest model in our innovative DeltaVault lineup. Ideal for securely holding dosing capsules, small accessories, and more. Its modular design means you'll never have to buy a whole new case until you need or want one. With our interchangeable TPU inserts, simply swap out the liner as you upgrade or change your accessory needs.
Humidinook - Optimal Humidity Control
Every DeltaVault DV0 comes standard with our signature "HumidiNook" pocket - a discreet 35x60x4.5mm pocket inside the liner, perfectly sized for your favorite brand of humidity control packets. This pocket is hidden behind a sleek honeycomb grid vent ensuring full airflow exchange between your moisture packet and your valuable stash, maintaining ideal humidity effortlessly. To access the pocket use the convenient thumbnail notch below the latch to remove the lid insert. Installation is a snap - simply push all four corners to pop into place.
Superior Odor & Moisture Resistance
The DeltaVault DV0 combines rugged PETG construction with a flexible TPU trim ring designed to drastically improve odor (and water) resistance. Through rigorous testing - including underwater submersion tests to several feet, our DV0 confidently contains odors ensuring discretion when needed. Note, our careful design strikes an ideal balance between odor-tightness and ease of use. Need something even more robust and water/odor-tight? Choose from a variety of vibrant exterior colors and complement them with your choice of colorful flexible interior liners/seal. Add a premium laser-etched exterior pattern upgrade for a nominal fee:

- Glossy w/ textured Pattern (Honeycomb or Cuboid pattern)
- Glossy w/ Holographic Effects (Grid Pattern or Phantom Beams reflect different colors under bright light)
Note: Glossy surfaces (especially holographic) require extra care as they may show fingerprints and scratches more prominently.
DIY-Friendly & Open-Source Inspired
Love DIY or have access to your own 3D printer? Awesome! We fully embrace the open-source spirit and encourage you to print your own rugged case - there are plenty of fantastic case designs out there! To keep compatibility with our modular inserts, just match our internal dimensions (50x75x15mm) and optionally include our special 2.25mm corner ledges in the lid part (as pictured) for easy TPU lid insert swaps. Of course, if you choose our expertly crafted in-house cases, you’ll get top-notch quality plastics precision printed with finely-tuned machines. We're sharing this info openly because that's just how we roll - helping you save money while future-proofing your gear effortlessly!
Built Tough & Easy to Clean
The DV0’s rugged PETG construction provides lasting durability, while flexible TPU inserts cushion your gear, dampening noise and ensuring items stay secure without rattling.
