All orders on Delta3DStudios are shipped via USPS. Upgraded shipping options are available. For more information, please refer to our shipping and returns page.
At any point, when you login to our website or send an email, you are communicating with us electronically. This allows Delta 3D Studios to communicate with you, in the same format you communicated with us. Therefore, we mutually agree that any notices, disclosures or contracts satisfy all legal requirements. We encourage you to send comments, questions, ideas.
No portion of this website may be reproduced. copied, or used in any way without the written consent from Delta 3D Studios, LLC. Please email customer service at: sales@Delta3DStudios.com should you have any questions or comments.
The responsibility of managing your account and password is strictly up to you. Furthermore, we at Delta3DStudios only sell to adults 18 and older.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Delta 3D Studios are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means the risk of loss and title for purchases passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the package. If the signature confirmation option is denied, Delta 3D Studios is not responsible for packages which are not delivered.
Any and all disputes arising from use of Delta 3D Studios products or visits to our website must be submitted to Delta 3D Studios. All disputes will be construed, interpreted, and governed by the state of Delaware unless you have violated or threaten to violate Delta 3D Studios intellectual property rights then we may seek relief in any State or Federal Court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in said courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and all decisions and/or awards shall be binding and enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
If an error message occurred, and/or the transaction was denied - no money will be taken from the declined card. No order was successfully placed. However there may be pending charges on your card's statement each attempt. This usually lasts 24-48 business hours depending on bank - after which time they will release the funds back to said card / account.
