Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. You may return any undamaged unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note any orders returned after 90 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Most 3D Printed Accessories are printed to order. When possible, we make every attempt to stock some of the more popular items. However larger items may take longer to ship than smaller items due to the printing times required. If a large delay in shipping is expected, we will contact you immediately.

IF YOU REQUIRE EXPRESS ORDER PROCESSING, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING! While we can ship your orders via expedited shipping speeds, it may take several days to process your orders depending on current print queue. Estimated order processing times are listed in the "Other Details" section for each item. 

We ship using white padded envelopes and/or white boxes. Domestic shipments have a return mailing address is listed as "Delta 3D Studios, LLC", but have no other exterior labeling to indicate the shipment's contents. When possible, we may recycle old shipping materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or boxes if they are in good condition. We also encourage you to consider the environment before disposing of packing materials. 

We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  International shipping prices are expensive, it sucks and we hate it just as much as you. PLEASE contact us if you believe our shipping estimator is miscalculating so we can perform a manual shipping estimate and resolve the issue.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

Lost/Missing Packages

Lost packages can be frustrating, but do not be alarmed (yet!).  USPS Tracking services can be unreliable at times, especially with USPS First-Class postage. If your package was not delivered on it's expected delivery date do not fret, it may simply be stuck in postage hell. Please allow 7 business days after the estimated shipping date before contacting us to help find your package. Thank you for your patience.
