DELTA 3D STUDIOS REWARDS PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
Effective 15 June 2025
1. Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Delta 3D Studios LLC, a Florida limited-liability company.
“Program” means the Delta 3D Studios Rewards loyalty and referral program operated through the Gratisfaction platform by Apps Mav Pty Ltd.
“Member,” “you,” or “Participant” means an individual who has enrolled in the Program.
“Points” are non-monetary promotional units issued by the Company that may be redeemed for rewards subject to these Terms.
“Site” means https://delta3dstudios.com and any associated sub-domains.
“Referral Link” means the unique URL generated by Gratisfaction (e.g., https://giftz.cc/…) that attributes referred purchases to a Member.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is open only to natural persons 21 years of age or older in the United States and 18 years of age or older elsewhere, wherever participation is lawful.
- The Program is VOID where prohibited by law.
- Bots, scripts, automated enrollments, and commercial resellers are ineligible and subject to forfeiture of Points.
3. Enrollment
- Creating or logging into a customer account and clicking the Rewards widget constitutes enrollment.
- A one-time 15-Point enrollment bonus is automatically credited upon first enrollment.
- Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate any Member account for any reason or no reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Earning Points

| Staff-awarded “Spotted” bonus | 50 Points | Awarded at Company’s sole discretion - no guaranteed frequency. |
Company may add, remove, or modify earn actions at any time without notice.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Catalog Rewards

Free-product rewards ship with the Member’s next paid order. If shipped alone, Member is responsible for all freight, VAT, GST, customs duties, and similar charges.
5.2 Pay Using Points
Members may apply Points toward merchandise at checkout at a fixed rate of 250 Points = US $1 credit.
Minimum cart subtotal US $20 to apply.
Only one (1) Reward OR Pay-With-Points credit may be applied per order; Rewards cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or site-wide sales. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash money.
6. Referral Program
- Share your Referral Link; the referred customer receives an instant 5 % discount.
- Referring Member earns 2 Points per US $1 of the referred customer’s first qualifying order (net of discounts, tax, and shipping).
- Self-referrals and other manipulative tactics are prohibited and will void all associated Points.
- There is no monthly cap on legitimate referral rewards; however, the Company may void or claw back Points obtained through abuse.
7. Affiliate Coupon Tracking
Existing influencer coupon codes may have been ported into the Program for point tracking. Terms of each affiliate arrangement remain subject to the separate affiliate agreement (if any).
8. Account Inactivity & Point Removal
Accounts with fewer than 200 lifetime Points AND no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may, in Company’s sole discretion, be purged without notice and all unredeemed Points forfeited.
9. Program Changes & Termination
Points, Rewards, earn actions, redemption rates, and these Terms may change at any time without prior notice.
If the Program is discontinued in its entirety, Company intends—but is not obligated—to provide thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email and Site banner so Members may redeem remaining Points.
10. Intellectual-Property & UGC Consent
By tagging @Delta3DStudios in public social-media content, you grant Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost or reuse that content in marketing. We will remove reposted content upon written request.
11. Legal Use of Products
All products are intended solely for legal herbal vaporization or aromatherapy. No statements have been evaluated by the U.S. FDA.
12. Taxes, Duties & Shipping
Member is responsible for all taxes, customs duties, import fees, and shipping charges associated with Rewards redemptions. Company ships worldwide except where prohibited by U.S. export laws or the destination country’s regulations.
13. Data Privacy & Cross-Border Transfer
Personal data is processed by Apps Mav Pty Ltd (Gratisfaction). Servers may be located outside the United States. By participating, you consent to such cross-border data transfers and to Company’s handling of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED US $100 OR THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF REWARDS ACTUALLY REDEEMED, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
15. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating in any way to the Program shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting the Company through our contact form. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the parties agree to submit exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida. Nothing herein prevents the parties from settling claims informally or through mediation at any time.
16. Miscellaneous
- Points are promotional and have no cash or property value.
- Company’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force.
- Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
