ACCOUNT/AGE VERIFICATION

Delta3DStudios reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Furthermore, Delta3DStudios only sells products to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you are an adult aged 18 or older.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Delta 3D Studios are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delta 3D Studios will provide a tracking number for your shipment. It is your responsibility to monitor the package and ensure its safe delivery. If you choose to deny the signature confirmation option, Delta 3D Studios will not be held responsible for packages that are not delivered.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product purchased from Delta3DStudios, please contact customer service for detailed instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from the use of Delta 3D Studios products or visits to our Website shall be submitted to Delta 3D Studios for resolution. All disputes shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, unless you have violated or threatened to violate Delta 3D Studios' intellectual property rights, in which case we may seek relief in any State or Federal Court. By using the Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts.

In the event of a dispute, arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any decisions or awards resulting from such arbitration shall be binding and enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

DECLINED/PENDING CHARGES

If an error message occurs or a transaction is denied during the checkout process, no money will be taken from the declined card, and no order will be successfully placed. However, please be aware that there may be pending charges on your card's statement for each unsuccessful transaction attempt. These pending charges typically last for 24-48 business hours, depending on your bank, after which the funds will be released back to your card or account.
