The trick to using this adapter properly is to take off the cap where you take in the smoke. The adapter fits INTO the end where the smoke comes out. It fits perfectly.

The water pipe adapter for the Pax is one of the best accessories I've found in a long time definitely makes my packs more useful it's also nice that it fits like the factory mouthpiece the only downfall I see to it is that when it's in my pocket it seems like lint sticks to it like crazy it doesn't affect the functionality at all to be honest I would buy another one if this one broke

I have tons of vaporizers and glass. This thing is amazing. Using with the pax 3 and smaller glass and it works just as well as my VapeXhale. I also have an aftermarket 3D screen and oven lid, which really makes it rip. Best Pax accessory 10/10. If only there was a way to turn it on/off without removing, but that's my only minor complaint.

Some of the other adapters for the pax 3 go around the unit instead of inside where the mouthpiece normally sits.
This allows you to place pressure on the device while in a water pipe which stimulates the Pax’s lip sensor. Other adapters will cause the unit to shut off prematurely whereas this adapter works flawlessly.
