This Firewood11 stem brings numerous functional features to an already amazing device.
Small Diameter Connection Interface - The reduced diameter in the lower half of the stem, particularly where the stem meats the device, keeps the hottest parts of the stem well away from the hand. If you've ever been stung by the stock stem during use, this feature is for you! Aesthetically, this narrowing of the stem allows for a gapless installation over the ceramic connector.
Heat Mitigation Stage 1 - Heat entering the stem expands into an empty chamber. This chamber allows for debris to be caught and the thinner walls of the stem in this part work to dissipate the initial burst of heat.
Heat Mitigation Stage 2 - Passing through a perforated steel dome, heat remaining from Stage 1 turbulates through four 6mm Steel Balls. These balls then transfer that remaining heat to the high surface area of the outer stem. Four balls may seem like a small quantity, but it synergizes with other elements of the stem to keep things cool and comfortable throughout your session.
Deluxe High Flow Modular Mouthpiece - With thick walls, and a high flow 6mm pathway, this mouthpiece provides comfort throughout your session. It's durable FKM O-ring never needs to be removed for cleaning and is ISO safe. Even better, this mouthpiece (and the stem) is compatible with the 510 mouthpiece standard, so you can customize with the multitude of available mouthpieces (or with a different mouthpiece from MMS herself)!
